Genoa Healthcare Pharmacy Services On Site – open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch.

SECU Youth Crisis Center, a Monarch Program

The SECU Youth Crisis Center provides access to timely, age-appropriate, inpatient mental health care for children and adolescents, ages 6-17, both during a time of mental health crisis and beyond. Please click here for a virtual tour and additional information. Referrals may be made to the facility-based crisis center 24/7, 365 days a year. Walk-ins are always welcome or you may call ahead to speak with a Monarch staff member regarding availability (preferred method).

Tailored Care Management Services

Tailored Care Management is a North Carolina Medicaid service. A team led by a Care Manager provides support for people living with mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and/or traumatic brain injuries. Medicaid members can request Monarch as their Tailored Care Management provider by contacting their assigned Tailored Plan directly.

In Mecklenburg County, Tailored Care Management Services are assigned by Alliance Health.
