Monarch to host sixth annual Dreams Take Flight Golf Tournament May 2
Funds raised to benefit the nonprofit’s programs and services; First Citizens Bank serves as title sponsor
Monarch will again host its Annual Dreams Take Flight Golf Tournament at Tillery Tradition Golf Club in Mt. Gilead on Friday, May 2. Sponsored by First Citizens Bank, the tournament is in its sixth year.
Funds raised from the event will benefit the supports and services Monarch provides statewide to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance abuse disorders.
Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. and tee time is 12 p.m. Approximately 120 golfers are registered to support Monarch and compete for the championship title. In the past, the tournament has raised proceeds of nearly $50,000.
