“We are very pleased that Monarch has chosen The Echo Group as their EHR and Billing partner.  We worked closely with their team to evaluate Echo’s solution and I think both Echo and Monarch are similarly focused to create a great implementation,” remarked Joe Viger, vice president of Business Development for The Echo Group.

“Echo has a strong commitment to working with behavioral health organizations in the state of North Carolina and our user community is excited to have Monarch joining the group of nine organizations. “Monarch is pleased to have chosen The Echo Group as our new EHR partner.  The Echo team provided excellent customer service and they responded quickly and accurately to all of our important service and privacy needs.  We are very eager to begin the implementation process,” stated Andy Basinger, Monarch's chief information officer.
