Monarch names Nanette Davis Vice President of Human Resources

Nanette Davis has been named Monarch’s new vice president of human resources. Davis joined Monarch on July 7.NanetteDavis

Among the duties of her new role, Davis will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, evaluation and execution of Monarch’s human resource operations. This will include employee relations, performance standards and evaluations, training and leadership development, recruitment and onboarding, benefits, compensation, human resources information system and employee recognition initiatives.

“We are fortunate that Nanette has joined the Monarch team” said Terri Bernhardt, chief administrative officer. “Given her extensive human resources administrative experience, she is well qualified to assume oversight of our human resources initiatives. Nanette is a wonderful addition and we are excited about the contributions she will make.”

Davis brings a wealth of human resources knowledge in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and human resources information systems, training and career development and employee relations and engagement. She has held human resources leadership positions in the pharmaceutical and high technology industry. She has worked with organizations to enhance their organizational development and design, talent and performance management and strategic and work force planning.

Davis earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Eckerd College. Additionally, she holds two senior professional human resources certifications and is a current certified compensation professional.
