N&N: Campus Park Drive attends Wrestling Legends Fanfest

10-wrestling 10Some of the people who attend Campus Park Drive, a Monarch day program in Monroe, recently traveled to Charlotte to attend the Mid-Atlantic Wrestling Legends Fanfest.

The annual four-day event gives wrestling fans the chance to meet and mingle with their favorite wrestlers and learn about the history of the sport.

“The event was meaningful to the people supported because they were able to meet super strong men who wrestle and are looked up to by many,” said Lacey Gulick, Campus Park Drive operations manager. “The wrestlers that we met (Matt Hardy & Sabu) use their strength and fierce mind in a positive way.  All of the vendors and wrestlers' were extremely accepting and welcoming.”

The group from Campus Park Drive is pictured posing with pro-wrestler Matt Hardy and holding the belt of Sabu.
