Employment

pic5Few things are as empowering for the people we support as being able to join, or in many instances, re-join the work force. It marks a significant milestone for anyone trying to overcome the challenges of mental illness and/or addiction. Our wide array of supports can help people cultivate the vocational skills required to secure and maintain long-term employment: everything from the application process, to basic interview skills, to appropriate workplace interaction. These vital life skills can often get lost when someone experiences mental illness. When the time is right, we’re here to help bring them to the forefront.

Our Promise

Our mission, goals, and objectives were created by the very people we support and their families. Every person served, every family member, and every Monarch employee has the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the planning and structure of the organization. We welcome their ideas, applaud their determination, and thank them for the passionate work they perform in helping dreams take flight.
