Who We Are

DreamDreams Rediscovered

We believe that everybody has dreams. But we understand that life isn’t always easy to navigate on the way to realizing them. Challenges like depression, anxiety, and substance abuse can pose significant obstacles and can easily keep people from living the lives they intended. At Monarch, we’re here to help people regain control over their lives. We know that with the proper help and support, individuals can learn to cope with their stress or anger management issues. They can handle a difficult divorce or overcome alcohol dependency. As serious as these issues are, they shouldn’t stand between a person and their dreams. The fact is, nothing should.

“At Monarch, we know that everyone can recover from mental illness, and everyone can learn to manage a substance abuse problem.  It’s hard.  It’s really hard.  Our staff is here to help in every way possible, and the incredible successes that we see every day lift our hearts to continue these important tasks.”

 – Daniel Brown, MSW, LCSW; Monarch Chief Clinical Officer

Our Promise

Our mission, goals, and objectives were created by the very people we support and their families. Every person served, every family member, and every Monarch employee has the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the planning and structure of the organization. We welcome their ideas, applaud their determination, and thank them for the passionate work they perform in helping dreams take flight.

The Dream Revolution

“Helping Dreams Take Flight.” That’s our tag line, and it fits. Because that’s just what we do for the people we support, every single day. Sometimes in grand fashion, like the person who’s able to live outside a hospital for the first time in 15 years, and sometimes in subtler ways, when we simply get a person to agree to come to their next appointment.

We are an agency with a clear set of values, an experienced and talented staff, and a willingness to partner with individuals, families, and our community to help dreams take flight. We are at the forefront of a Dream Revolution: a never-ending movement designed to provide help to those people who need it the most, and ultimately help their dreams come true. Join us.
