Christi “CJ” Lambert
Vice President of Compliance
As Vice President of Compliance, CJ ensures that all service areas of Monarch are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and oversees ongoing Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement.
CJ has been employed with Monarch since 2004, after gaining experience under an area program and a for-profit agency in various roles of direct support, case management, referral coordination, contract management and other quality management roles.
A 1996 graduate of Pfeiffer University, CJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine/Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching and additional coursework in Special Physical Education and Business Management. She attained Certified Quality Analyst status in 2007 and is a member of the 2016 class of N.C. Advancing Strong Leadership from the National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities.
Originally from Ferrum, Va., she and her husband, Dean, live in Mount Pleasant with two of their sons and a host of animals including Bella, their English Mastiff.
