| Monarch’s Bladen Opportunities Opens New Location |
Elizabethtown, NC - Monarch’s Bladen Opportunities Unlimited is a premier Adult Developmental Vocational Program which has recently relocated from 404 Fourth Street, Bladenboro to 412 B Peanut Road, Elizabethtown. The new Peanut Road location is more accessible and provides additional programs opportunities for people with developmental and physical disabilities living and working in our community.
Education, job training, life skills coaching, and personal support are just a few of the services provided by Monarch at the new Peanut Road location. The program is designed for success with a plan for each person enrolled to attain a successful job placement within the community.
Ann Meroney, program manager at Monarch, is excited about the move, “The Peanut Road location is perfectly situated in the heart of town where the people we support have access to so many job and inclusion opportunities. Sometimes, half the challenge in what we do is simply getting people where they need to be. I am excited for the people we support and how much more they will be able to accomplish here in the years to come.”
Monarch would like to thank their new neighbors for the warm welcome into the neighborhood.
