Monarch would like to invite you to be a part of our Second Annual Dreams Take Flight Golf Tournament. The golf tournament will be held Friday, April 23rd, 2009 at Tillery Tradition Country Club 214 Tradition Drive Mt. Gilead, NC. Limited space is available so please register immediately.

Time	11:00am Registration 11:00am Putting Contest 11:30am Lunch 1:00pm Captain’s Choice Shotgun Start
Fee	$90 Early Bird Registration Fee on or before March 26th, $125 after Early Bird Deadline. Registration includes: Green fee, cart, lunch, refreshments, dinner, player gift bag, silent auction.
Dinner Tickets	Dinner tickets can be purchased for those not golfing for $25, please feel free to bring a guest to enjoy the evening’s activities.
Prizes	1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes, Closest-to-the-Pin
