Hire Monarch
People with disabilities are under-represented in our workforce. Although typically about 80% of adults over 18 are employed, only 37% of people with disabilities over 18 are employed. At Monarch, we meet a tremendous number of people with developmental or behavioral disabilities who are either unemployed or underemployed, despite their ability, desire, and willingness to engage in meaningful work in the community. Achieving a good and steady job can convert hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people with disabilities from tax dependents to productive, taxpaying citizens. Our vocational services provide opportunities and the community support that is needed for success. For the people we support, a job allows them to help themselves and make their dreams a reality.
Monarch helps people become employed, and you can help.
